Getting Started How can I test out your products? We're certain that when you see the quality of our orthotics you will love them, so your first pair are free. Do you offer any discounts? We do! We offer quantity discounts on orders and shipping, and also substantial discounts are offered to our corporate clients for the doctors, their immediate family, and office staff. How do I open an account? We'd be happy to open a corporate account for you. We accept invoice payments by check, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For specific billing and invoice questions, please call us at 800-451-1719. Working With Us What is your turnaround time? Our turnaround time is typically 7-9 business days, and also provide rush and expedited services. Please just give us a call if you need something quickly. How do you ship? We typically ship with UPS, and Fedex, but we also provide a pick up and delivery service to offices located throughout the New York/Metropolitan area. Technical Questions What if my patients need an adjustment? We guarantee that your patients will love our orthotics, but if an adjustment is needed, we will make those adjustments or send a new pair at no charge. Do you repair orthotics? We do! We repair all custom orthotics, regardless of where they were made. Do you offer an extended warranty for your orthotics? Yes! We include an extended warranty that your patient can purchase with every pair of adult and child custom orthotics. The two-year outgrowth warranty for children's orthotics will be especially popular with your patients. What if I don't know what to prescribe? Just give us a call! We'd be happy to discuss and make recommendations based on your patients diagnosis and the type of shoes they need the orthotics for. What type of casts do you accept? We accept traditional plaster casts, foam impression boxes, STS socks, and foot scans from our technology partner Sharp Shape and also Tom-Cat Foot Scanners. |
